Club Officer Information Form

Any time you change officers, please take a moment to fill out and email me the Club Officer Information Form.

I know many Clubs wait until Muster to elect officers, and that is perfectly fine.  Just send me the form whenever you update your officers.

This will allow me to update the database, your Club Page on AggieNetwork.com, as well as keep it in your file for future reference.

Thank you!
